taco tuesdays.

Ok, ok..I know its been like forever, or like a week. Then I get an email from my dad telling my that I should delete my blog 'cause I'm not updating.

Gee thanks dad!

My job is just, there, and it was my birthday week and blogging has been the last thing on my mind. Ok not true, I think about it all the time, I just havent cooked. I honestly cant remember the last time I cooked.

So here we go. A Post I've had for like 3 weeks but remember I have it on wednesday. taco wednesday isnt the same.

Yes that is salad lettuce, and yes I did eat half of that 1st one. I was hungry!

Super simple. Super tasty. Add margaritas and you got yourself a Mexican night!

    It's about time you updated the blog. Thats why there are dad's who care. What happened to the avacados tomatoes and the Salsa. Love Dad!!

    Salsa and cheese were added. No avacados, and tomatoes are in the salsa!
