healthy eating.

Yesterday I started my new exercise regime, which has kicked in: must eat healthy...Dont worry it wont last long.  Sooo because I am exercising the best recovery includes...

a protein shake!! 

Ok, I know, lame topic for a food blog, but what I was supposed to cook for dinner last night got postponed 'cause a certain someone (we wont point blame...*cough*daniel..) wrote my work schedule down wrong and I did in fact had to close last night. So, alas, I subsituted my dinner for a protein shake. Which I guess is more healthier for me and my new routine.


Luckily we had just done our shopping and I had fresh fruit. I added fresh strawberries and a banana (strawberry flavored protein) to sweeten it up a bit, plus to give it a whole lotta more flavor!
