My first
artichoke was with Daniels family about 5 years ago, of course I've had the hearts in different sauces or salads, etc., and I remember it being really good! Well out of the blue the other day I had a
huge craving for one, so we walked to the store, and I picked out the two largest ones I could find! They're probably the easiest things I've cooked!
They were a little bruised, but I had to choose the best with the choices I had.
We were lazy and didnt make special sauce, just dipped them in some mayonnaise, and I tried melted butter (I know could we choose anything fattier!) and they were just as tasty as I remember.
